Your health, well-being and safety are of the most importance to us when you stay at our hotel. So you can be sure that our staff will pay even more attention to cleaning the hotel rooms and public areas in our hotel.
We are closely monitoring the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Robert Koch Institute on the spread of the virus. Furthermore, we are in constant exchange with the German Hotel and Restaurant Association and are therefore always up to date with the latest news.
We are happy to be a reliable contact when planning your event and can provide you with expert and up-to-date information on the provisions in the area of conferences.
Your well-being is our top priority. At the same time, we do our part to ensure your safety, as well as on our employees and our society.
We want you to stay healthy. We therefore have strengthened our already very strict cleanliness and hygienic regulations once again:
* our staff is tested twice a week for the SARS- CoV- 2 virus *
* Regular cleaning and disinfection of public areas in accordance with tested hygienic regulations *
* Increased hygienic measures when cleaning the guest rooms after each stay *
* Regular intensive cleaning of contact surfaces such as key cards, door handles, elevator buttons, light switches, etc. *
* Enlargement of the spaces between seats and tables to ensure a minimum distance *
* Dispensers with virus-compatible disinfectants are available in all public areas (lobby, public toilets, etc.) *
* Protection in public hotel areas through spacers and protective masks for all employees *
